Ibdaa Host is the hosting, domain and email brand of Ibdaa Ltd, a company based in London. We have run it since 2018, in English and in Arabic.
Who we are
Ibdaa Ltd is a UK company. We sell web hosting, domains and business email, and we build software too: Tawaasal, a school management platform with mobile apps.
We are not the biggest host. We try to be the one you can actually reach when something breaks.

Where your services run
Our servers sit in European data centres, with three suppliers. Cloudflare serves the Tawaasal website from its own network. The map shows where each part runs: our back-office systems and DNS, the cPanel/WHM hosting server, and Tawaasal.

We build and look after our systems with OpenTofu, Ansible, k3s, Prometheus, Grafana and UptimeRobot. Not every system uses every tool.

Our own platform uses all of them: infrastructure defined as code with OpenTofu, configured with Ansible, running on k3s, measured with Prometheus and Grafana, watched by UptimeRobot, and built to scale automatically.

We choose data centres in the EU and the UK wherever we can.
Compliant, not certified
As a UK-based company we comply with UK GDPR, and we follow the EU GDPR for our European customers. That is our own practice: we do not hold a GDPR certification.
